Short summary of the job: We are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a teacher. The ideal candidate will be able to provide a safe and nurturing learning environment for students, while also helping them to reach their full academic potential.

Responsibilities

1. Assist experienced teachers in classroom management, lesson planning, and instruction. 

2. Deliver lessons under supervision, including lectures, discussions, and activities. 

3. Manage classroom environment to promote learning and discipline. 

4. Contribute to lesson planning, materials, and teaching methods. 

5. Assess student progress through grading and feedback. 

6. Provide individualized support to students with special needs.

7. Engage in professional development activities.

 8. Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to curriculum development.

 9. Build positive relationships with students and families. 

10. Reflect on teaching practices and seek feedback for improvement.

Must Have

·         Bachelor's degree in education or a related field.

·         No experience required

·         Valid state teaching license.

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         Strong organizational and time management skills

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·         Patience, compassion, and a positive attitude
