Responsibilities
· Develop and implement effective lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards.
· Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active student participation and engagement.
· Assess student learning through regular quizzes, tests, and assignments, providing constructive feedback to promote academic improvement.
· Identify individual student needs and develop personalized learning strategies to address them.
· Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and academic performance.
· Participate in professional development activities, workshops, and conferences to enhance teaching skills and subject knowledge.
Must Have
· Bachelor's degree in education or a related field.
· Experienced in National and International School.
· Valid state teaching license.
· At least one year of experience teaching in a K-12 setting
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Patience, compassion, and a positive attitude
